Our Culture

We are so much more than a donut shop. Founded on the vision to be a wholesome fixture in the memories that tell the story of our community, we create baked goods that make dreams come true. We strive to create a home- away-from-home where our customers can take a break and sip on farm-to-cup coffee, savor one-of-a-kind fresh baked goods, and feel the love our team put into them. We try to accommodate every schedule! We know you have family, friends, and commitments, so we ask that you honor the shifts we have trusted you with, and we will do our best to work around your needs!

Competitive Pay

Along with great earning potential and competitive pay, you will learn about business, teamwork, and how to make a great cup of coffee! All of our front-of-house team members start at $9 per hour, with unlimited opportunities to earn tips, which average an additional $3.50/hour.

Fun Working Environment

No two days are the same at Heirloom Bakeshop! You will be asked about your location preference, but there will be an opportunity to switch between locations. You’ll have a chance to meet and serve all different kinds of customers.
